Schools have started to open again as Covid restrictions are slowly lifted, but the children from Lighthouse School in Bulawayo, Zimbabwe, that we have been supporting are faced with yet another challenge: the harsh winter conditions. Many of these children have to leave their homes as early as 6am in order to make it to school on time. They all walk to school.
Your support and generous donations will enable us to purchase winter uniforms and shoes for these children. The greatest needs in this area are school jerseys, shoes, socks, long sleeve shirts, trousers, etc.
